WEB FORMATTED PRINTING
To receive a printout of the articles as you see them in your browser window, it is recommended that you choose the "Text Only" version of the article. This version is easy to read and more printer friendly. Once the page finishes loading, click on the "Print" button on your browser to generate a printout of the article. If you wish to read the article as it appears in the printed version (hardback volume), use the PDF File Format print option described below.PDF FORMATTED PRINTING
The Portable Document Format (PDF) files are the electronic equivalents of the formatted articles as they appear in the print version (hardback volume). You can download them for immediate viewing and printing instead of waiting for your reprint to arrive in the mail.For more information on downloading and printing PDF files, please click on this link.
PRINTING DETAILED FIGURES
Although all figures and tables are printed in both WEB FORMATTED and PDF FILE FORMATTED versions, they might be too small for you to read clearly. Therefore, we have provided one PDF file per figure so they appear full-page on the printed page. To retrieve the PDF file for a figure, click on its thumbnail or links in the text of the article. A new browser window will appear with a toolbar at the top. Click on the "PDF Print/View" button and the PDF will be downloaded to your computer for reading and printing.
